Twitter confirmed that it suffered an outage, but there is no evidence of an attack or security breach

According to foreign media reports, a few days ago, many Twitter users suddenly could not access the service platform. Although old Twitter users still remember when the "fail whale" of this social media site often appeared, it is usually stable at this stage, and the most recent major issue was due to a security breach in July.
