Previously, Evergrande Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to issue RMB shares and list them on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board. The initial number of RMB shares to be issued is expected to not exceed 1.556 billion shares (before the over-allotment option is exercised). No more than 15% of the total number of issued shares after the expansion of the number of RMB shares proposed on September 30, 2020, and the RMB shares are all new shares, which do not involve conversion of existing shares.

Evergrande Automobile also explained the use of funds. About 70% of the funds raised will be used for the development, production and marketing network construction projects of new energy vehicle projects. The other 30% will be used to supplement working capital and general corporate purposes. To improve the financial situation.

The first mass-produced model will be trial-produced in the first half of 2021 and officially mass-produced in the second half of 2021. It is understood that Evergrande is currently promoting 14 new models at the same time, and the full range of Hengchi products will be mass-produced in 2021.
